We had no hot water on Thanksgiving of all days! Jose L came out a few hours after I called him and saved the day. Our 44 apartment tenants and I were very grateful and impressed with the turn-around time and service. Great job! Thank you!

Pacific Energy Service was awesome!!! Tom came out looked at my problem, and had an estimate to me the same day! When our building decided to use them, they were highly responsive to my needs. I recommend Pacific Energy to ANY business. I have been using them for 5 years on my residential apartment complex and they have ALWAYS been excellent! The techs are knowledgeable and professional and their-in-office staff are helpful and always in communication. I have maintenance agreement with them and it’s been great service for the money.

I can’t be thankful enough! I called and spoke with Jasmin who was extremely helpful and reassured me that everything would be taken care of. Within an hour the technician arrived. We called with a hot water issue at about 10:30 am today. The customer service rep told us we would have a service man here by 4 pm. Tony was here by 12:30. He diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes and had the unit up and running by 1:15. We are just delighted by such prompt and efficient service. NO ONE likes a cold shower. Today Service Tech Jose I. arrived on the Scheduled service date, saw the leaking concern I had for the aparment complex, and started with the assessment of the logical way of repair. He was very professional and with the noted detail of showing me the inside of the copper poping thinning, with no hesitation of mine, the repair was starated.
